Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or for accounts requiring additional compliance checks. adem88 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. adem88 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method if discrepancies are identified.
All transactions on the adem88 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). adem88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is solely the responsibility of the User and their financial institution.
Note: adem88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems, scheduled maintenance windows of Indonesian banks, or public holidays affecting interbank settlement times.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by adem88 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. Prior to withdrawal, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement" or "turnover requirement") as stated in the applicable promotion. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be clearly communicated in the promotion details. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in your account balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds and satisfaction of applicable KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
